----------
- Banana nodes follow the Ciat Lonbarde color scheme (mostly) warm colors are outputs, and cold colors are inputs, (i consider grey a cold color)
- Outputs are 0-9V
- Output gates can be staked to produce CV. but if a gate output is used in a stack, it might not work with a logic input, luckily there are plenty gate outputs., 8 on each of the first 3 modules!
(The two LFO outputs are lower impedance and isn’t as suited for stacking, but the rest of module 1,2 and 3 outputs are great for stacking)
-Power supply: 12V dc center positive 5.5mm/2.1mm. (same as CL).
The modules (left to right):
1. LFO / DIV: are two clocks (LFOS) with a logic output and a sync input. And a clock divider with an input and a reset.
2. A shift register, upper banana is clock input, lower is data input. Upper button is force input high, lower is force input low.
3. Is a magic sunset scene with sparkling stars.
4.You put 3 gates in, and they will choose one of the 8 pots and output a cv at the warm node, corresponding to that pot.
Patching tips!
The base idea was this:
Clock the logic shift register and sunset with the 2 clocks, obviously there are only 2 clocks, and 5 inputs. So use their own logic outs and cross patch them. Take a random logic and and feed the clock divider with it. Take a division and and input it into one of the sync inputs. If you wait, the device will now fall into a repeating, but often quite chaotic (depends on the patch) rhythm. Choosing a bigger or smaller division, or a logic that fires more often or less often sets the repeating length. Adjusting of the clocks slightly might change the sequence completely, and you might not get it back!.
Take your 3 favorite logic gate signals and patch it to module 4 and send it to something (could even be one of its own inputs) and stack a few of the unused gates and send it to something else."
