New CLANK Eurorack Modules Coming to SUPERBOOTH

PROTEO

Constantly evolving waveform stereo oscillator:

Two independent time-based acquiring paths transform incoming voltages into sounds, casting a mold for the oscillator waveform.

The sonic result is a constant evolving waveform which can be frozen and blended with a sine wave.

The two oscillators are tied together from the common pitch, the span control lets you set the pitch distance inbetween.

Dimensions: 12hp

Price and availability: tba

AXIS

A comprehensive module for amplitude management:

a morphable selection of envelopes, with controllable length, amplitude and shape, which are injected into a selectable VCA/LPG. At the end of the chain, a crossfader is placed to invert the stereo field.

Plucked sound, long swell, acoustic dampening simulation, all in one simple control, all CV controllable.

Dimensions: 12hp

THEREREC MOVEMENT RECORDER

We all encountered music accidentally, we can’t remember when, but at some point, we all made music.
It’s something primitive that flows out of our body by knocking on a table or beating a pen on a sheet,
Those spontaneous movements are some of the simplest things in our life but maybe some of the hardest to replicate with electronic instruments. That’s why we developed Thererec.

One simple movement with immediate feedback: move your fingers, listen and connect yourself to the environment. Your body will do the rest.

Thererec is a multi-functional dual channel movement recorder based on latest generation proximity sensors:
a fusion between THEREmin gestural expressiveness and a tape RECorder, where you can capture and mangle your hand movements to create syncable complex voltages patterns.
Chaining multiple units together expands this concept way beyond, creating a sequenceable “keyboard” where every key can be a static voltage or a sequence of voltage itself.

Thererec helps you explore and interact with your system in a more physical and complex way.

ONE MODULE TO SUM ALL

SUM is a 4hp, 6 stereo channel, unity gain summing mixer expressly developed for the audio path.

SUM does exactly what its name says, it sums any kind of mono or stereo audio signal you want to its output. Stereo channels 1 and 2 also have a switchable preamp to easily introduce your external devices in the mix. All your effect returns, outputs from your modules and external devices will be perfectly summed taking up only 4hp of your case.

SUM is great to be used as both a sub mix stage or final mixing stage before the output of your modular system.

For every channel, if nothing is patched in the right input, the left jack is normalized to it. In this way you can mix mono and stereo signals together.

You can also use it also as a 12 channel dual mono mixer, creating two different sub mixes in the L and the R channel, or as a crude panning mixer.

Every input is buffered, that means no bleed between channels.
We used some really nice sounding ICs which guarantee a very wide dynamic range and a crystal clear sound.
