Clank Introduces the Oracle System
Sounds from Clank Oracle System video uploads by Clank
Clank Oracle System Part 1 - Unorthodox Sequencing, Interactive Modulation, & Innovative Sounds
video upload by MATTHS
"Part 1 of 3 parts exploring the new Oracle system from Clank. In this video we run through the individual modules and start exploring the potential of this system for sequencing, sound generation and manipulation!
Oracle is a 66hp stereo desktop instrument that seamlessly integrates Clanks selection of eurorack modules:
Standard ORACLE system comes with:
#Thererec - Sketchable dual-function generator
#chaos - Six channel aleatoric brain
#Proteo - Shapeshifting stereo oscillator
#Axis - 3dimensions amplitude manager
#Blank - 14hp 'brekable' blank
#Endline - End of chain output
Powered case 66hp 3U, silver tolex color, Padouk sides
external 30w AC-DC adapter
15 Clank Eurorack Cable
Custom travel bag to carry the system and the accessories
The Plus version comes with an additional Proteo oscillator, which enhances the device's sound capabilities. Instead of a 14hp blank, it includes a 2hp blank.

Clank Thererec 2-channel eurorack cv motion recorder
video upload by John Schussler
Announcement post with pic here.
"There are quite a few cv recorders available in eurorack, including a few that use motion or pressure to indicate gestures. Clank has now released Thererec, which uses proximity sensors to sense your finger motions, and coupled that with recording functionality to loop your gestures.
The name is derived from its inspiration, the theremin, bonded to a recorder.
Where it gets more interesting is in the ability to change the range and speed of the looped gestures, plus a reset jack for syncing to a clock.
Source audio is a Befaco Pony VCO.

Superbooth 2023: Clank - Chaos - Proteo
video upload by sonicstate
"We spoke to Emanuele from Clank, who presented their new modules at Superbooth 2023. Their first module, Chaos, is a six-channel random module that starts as a Turing machine, but ends as a sequencer. Each channel has a voltage range from zero to eight volts that can be adjusted, and you can choose from non-quantized to quantized notes on various scales. Clank has also released a movement recorder based on proximity sensors that records your hand movements, outputting CV. Another new product from Clank is Proteo, a stereo evolving waveform oscillator that starts from sine waves and allows you to add external CVs and draw your waveform in the time domain.
Chaos is available June. Price for €359
Proteo Available: Autumn 2023. Price: TBC"

New CLANK Eurorack Modules Coming to SUPERBOOTH
PROTEO
Constantly evolving waveform stereo oscillator:
Two independent time-based acquiring paths transform incoming voltages into sounds, casting a mold for the oscillator waveform.
The sonic result is a constant evolving waveform which can be frozen and blended with a sine wave.
The two oscillators are tied together from the common pitch, the span control lets you set the pitch distance inbetween.
Dimensions: 12hp
Price and availability: tba

Explore the Chaos: A Clank Chaos Walkthrough
video upload by pitch patch
"Come and join me on a journey to explore Chaos by Clank.
Chaos is a six-channel random generator that can easily be used as a sequencer, modulation generator, clock source, cv pattern generator, voltage recorder, and many other things.
Please find my free Clank Chaos cheat sheet here: https://bit.ly/chaoscheatsheet
You can get further information and the manual here: https://bit.ly/clankchaos
I use 100% raw audio: no preamp, no compression, no effects.
Recorded in Ableton Live 11 using an RME Fireface UCX II.

Feeding Chaos to the Cursus Iteritas Percido
video upload by Red Means Recording
"daddy made you your favorite, open wide
In this video, we explore the sounds of the Noise Engineering Cursus Iteritas Percido eurorack synth voice. We'll feed it pitch and modulation via the Clank Chaos sequencer, trigger it with Intellijel Tete and Tetrapad, and process it with a custom techno patch on the Empress Effects Zoia Euroburo.
This is going to get nasty."

Embracing the Clank Chaos Sequencer
video by Red Means Recording
"Chaos by Clank is a 6 channel random gate and voltage generator that can be constrained to all sorts of musical timings and scales. It has a looper per channel, can be influenced by CV input to transpose any channel or all of them, and has a chaos input that will scramble the parameters for each channel based on a customizable entropy amount. It's as wild as you want it to be. Let's check it out."
