It has one channel of midi to V/oct CV conversion, but mysteriously has a pair of CV and gate outputs. It would appear that the two CV outs output the same voltage, but tuning curve of the second one can be adjusted relative to the first CV out with a front panel knob. According to the manual this is useful for microtonal tuning, or you can just set both outputs to track together with the same voltage if you prefer.
There are a ludicrous amount of options for gate modes and types, and theres also a dedicated velocity output that converts midi velocity to a control voltage with a front panel knob to select the voltage range. If you have two or more of these units you can even link them together for polyphonic use..... for some reason.
Heres some stuff copied from the net.
