"The Modal 008R is increasingly becoming hard to come by and rarely come up for sale, especially since Modal Electronics has recently declared insolvency. This is a very underrated gem. For those who don't know, this synth is the brain child of George Hearn, the co-founder of the current synth manufacturer U.D.O. This synth is in mint condition. It looks and works great. The OS has been updated to version 1.03. This listing includes the original box, manual, and power cable.
The Modal Electronics 008R provides eight discrete voices of polyphony with an uncompromising analog architecture utilizing the highest grade components throughout."
