SEED - Ambient Modular #3 // Arbhar, Analog Four mkii

"Third piece with Instruo Arbhar. In this case I have created with Kontakt six chord samples with Olafur Arnalds' Chamber Evolutions, which have a lot of movement simply by sustaining a chord. It is two tracks overlapping, one with the Evos and one with the waves.
The idea was to make several parts going from one chord to another, or with a slow scan recreate the chord sequence, but finally by exploring only one of the samples I created this. It was not necessary to use more. The possibilities of this module are incredible. In this audio, Pamela's New Workout is very important. It is sending a pentatonic sequence to the 1v/oct input of the Arbhar and is what creates the melody.

There is a fairly subtle lead with the Analog Four mkii that contrasts quite well with the orchestral samples in my opinion.
I have called this piece Seed because these days the germ of an album idea has emerged... Let's see where it takes me. Thanks you for passing by!

edit: In the video I mention that the reverb is the internal from Arbhar but that is not the case. The Arbhar goes through the Analog Four external inputs and the reverb is added there."

"Tercer tema con el Instruo Arbhar. En este caso he creado con Kontakt seis samples de acordes con la Chamber Evolutions de Olafur Arnalds, que tienen mucho movimiento simplemente manteniendo un acorde. La idea era hacer varias partes pasando de un acorde a otro, o con un scan lento recrear la secuencia de acordes, pero finalmente explorando solamente uno de los samples he creado esto. No ha sido necesario usar más. Increíbles las posibilidades de este módulo. En este audio es muy importante el Pamela's New Workout que envía una secuencia pentatónica a la entrada 1v/oct del Arbhar y es lo que crea la melodía.

Hay un lead bastante sutil con el Analog Four mkii que contrasta bastante bien con los samples orquestales en mi opinión.
Le he llamado Seed a esta pieza porque estos días me ha surgido el germen de una idea de álbum... A ver a dónde me lleva.
