"The Yamaha AN1X is a virtual analog polysynth with a powerful sound engine, deep modulation capabilities, and a clean, straightforward layout. Released in the late ’90s, it earned a dedicated following for its lush pads, sharp leads, and flexible performance controls, all in a lightweight and road-ready chassis.

This unit is in excellent condition, fully functional and cosmetically clean. Includes a heavy-duty Yamaha flight case!

Key Features:

10-voice polyphony with 2 oscillators per voice
Virtual analog synthesis with FM, ring mod, sync, and PWM
Onboard effects including delay, reverb, chorus, distortion
Step and real-time arpeggiator
Ribbon controller and assignable knobs
MIDI I/O and PCMCIA slot for patch storage
Condition Notes:

All functions tested and working
Clean display, responsive buttons, and intact knobs
No major cosmetic wear or damage
Used by artists like Scanner, Arovane, and Speedy J, the AN1X remains one of Yamaha’s most beloved virtual analog offerings — capable of dreamy ambient layers, punchy dance sounds, and deep textural experimentation.

30% of proceeds benefit the Bob Moog Foundation."
