9/3/26 (300 test) ElectroComp EML 200 & 300 + Peavey DDL-3 + CXM 1978

"It took many years to find an EML 300 controller that wasn’t too haggard or too expensive, but here it is—and it’s blue! We weren’t sure whether it worked properly or not, but I plugged it into one of our EML 200 synthesizers today and it powered up. So far it seems to be working pretty well. This was the first test. The oscillator we hear is coming from the EML 300, with the pitches punched in manually on the keypad. The envelope settings are also from the EML 300, but the envelope is modulating the EML 200 VCA, which is processing the audio from the 300. The VCA output runs through the EML 200 internal spring reverb then out to the Mackie Onyx 1640. The delay is from the Peavey DDL-3 and the reverb was blended on the CXM 1978, but the delay is only heard through the wet delay."
