Elmyra 2 // cLFO // Microcell // Cosmos // Poly 2
video upload by Lesjamusic
"Following Thursday’s fun playing the Elmyra directly, I wanted to try triggering a sequence. I’m using the Polyend Poly 2 to split the midi from Keystep over 4 CV/gate outputs - hence the spaghetti of wires dangling from the big case. Atovproject’s excellent cLFO is modulating various parameters on Elmyra, keeping the drone evolving. Microcell and Cosmos for texture.
Off screen, CXM 1978 and OTO Boum finish things.

2/27/24 Yamaha CS-30 + Roland RE-301 + CXM 1978
video upload by Cfpp0
"This Yamaha CS-30 had an issue with the keyboard glitching from time to time, but has just been serviced and is working great, and now on North American power. The CS-30 sequencer is set to six steps. VCO 1 is set to SEQ and VCO 2 is set to KBD. The 1 output and the 2 output are hard-panned in the Mackie 1640, while the 1&2 output goes to the Roland RE-301 Chorus Echo, panned center. Some Chase Bliss & Meris CXM 1978 reverb fills out the stereo field as well."

2/6/24 SSL 1660 The Matrix (x2) + Free State FX 103 LPG + STG MooSonics Vanilla Envelope + CXM 1978
video upload by Cfpp0
"Recently found a used Free State FX (FSFX) 103 Lopass Gate, so this is a first try, using the STG MooSonics Vanilla Envelope module to fire the LPG. One SSL 1660 goes into the LPG (the left SSL 1660, playing the bass line) and the other goes into the VCA on the Vanilla Envelope (the right SSL 1660, playing the higher, pluckier layer). So the same envelope affects both the LPG and VCA, but pretty differently. Vactrol!"

1/4/24 Technosaurus Cyclodon sequences Microcon + Peavey DDL-3 + CXM 1978 (paper pill bun, softer)
video upload by Cfpp0
"Changed a couple notes on the Technosaurus Cyclodon, but this is more or less the sequence as in the 1/3/24 video, just slower, with a different delay on the Peavey DDL-3, and a smoother, less grainy reverb on the Chase Bliss CXM 1978."

11/3/23 ElectroComp EML 400/401 & EML 200 + Mackie Onyx 1640 + CXM 1978 (feedback)
video upload by Cfpp0
"The EML 400 sequences the 401 and supplies pitch CV and an envelope to the 200. The CXM 1978 is on the Mackie 1640’s send 1, with the CXM’s stereo outs going to two channels, hard-panned, which get an increasing amount of send 1 towards the end."

8/19/23 Technosaurus Cyclodon sequences Microcon + CXM 1978 (Chungyuan Pu Tu)
video upload by Cfpp0
"LFO is modulating the pitch and the filter.
The 'good brothers' have their feast."
