ZEROBOY

Zero-input mixer. DIY noise artist's playground.
A digital no-input mixer: four channels, two effect returns that are full mixer channels in their own right, db-cell running as the board's own noise floor, and a live patch bay — everything you hear starts as the board's own hiss going round a feedback loop until it finds a mode. CASCADE feeds each channel into the next, wrapping channel four back to channel one; CHEAP/SOLID decides how hard the shared power rail sags and lets every channel modulate every other one through it.

Reverb and delay aren't send effects — they're two more full mixer channels with their own gain, EQ, and aux sends, already wired into a two-node feedback loop with each other


- db-cell sits in the signal path as the board's own noise floor and supply sag, not as an output effect — 0–30% wet, with full bypass (and its CPU cost) released at zero

- CHEAP/SOLID sets the shared power rail's series impedance — SOLID behaves like a clean modern desk, CHEAP lets every channel modulate every other one through a sagging rail

- A live patch bay: 17 outputs, 14 inputs, drag jack to jack, click a cable to remove it, drag a cable's own knob to attenuate — patching an input lifts its normal, exactly like a real line jack

- EZ rolls the whole board including the patch bay, then renders what it rolled and listens back, re-rolling anything that came out too quiet

- Full MIDI CC learn, including four trigger-only destinations (EZ, RECABLE, PANIC, RNDMZ) that fire on a footswitch's rising edge without your hands leaving the desk
