WHAT IS IT?

NIBBLE brings the sound of 1980s games consoles and home computers to your MIDI setup: pulse waves with duty-cycle "wah", the stepped NES triangle, noise, and 4-bit Game Boy-style wavetables – plus the tricks chip musicians relied on, like lightning-fast chord arpeggios, stepped envelopes, pitch sweeps and tracker-style macros.

Draw your own waves on the built-in wave editor, watch every voice on the live oscilloscope, and add authentic tracker "fake echo". A chip drum kit on its own MIDI channel includes an orchestra hit and crunchy 1-bit speech – GO! YEAH! ONE TWO THREE FOUR! GAME OVER! – and there is a step and loop sequencer, plus a demo tune with a dancing spider.
