"Transform your Korg Minilogue XD into a trance legend!
Get the bundle of 16 Oscillator-Models here: https://synthmania.de/produkt/minilog...
Get the iconic Roland JP-8000 SUPERSAW sound as a digital User Oscillator – with the same parameters as the original.
This is part of my complete Bundle with additional 15 powerful User Oscillators for the Minilogue XD and NTS-1 (MKi).
In this video I’m showing the SUPERSAW in a short trance track and walking through some of the custom parameters:
🎛️ Phase – Control the massive width of the 7 supersaw waves
🎛️ Mix – Balance the dry and detuned signals perfectly
🎛️ Brightness – Open up the filter character for piercing leads
🎛️ SubOsc – Add massive low-end to your supersaw patches
🎛️ Octave Switch – Choose between 1 or 2 octaves for the SubOsc
🎛️ Drive – Boost the punch of the sound
Perfect for owners of the Minilogue XD who want classic trance and progressive sounds."
"This oscillator was written from the ground up in C++ for maximum efficiency and sonic uncompromising quality. Instead of simply stacking standard sawtooth waves, the code uses mathematical refinements otherwise found only in high-end plugins:
Original detune behavior: The oscillator calculates the phase behavior of 7 synchronized sawtooths using the exact asymmetric detune ratios of the original Roland JP-8000.
Fully band-limited: By employing optimized band-limited sawtooth algorithms, the sound stays absolutely clean and free of annoying aliasing even in the highest notes.
Analog-modulated filter design: Inside the code runs a cascade of four highpass filters plus a specialized high-shelf EQ based on BiQuad filter structures. This delivers an extremely clean bass range and silky highs.
