Dijkstar Music RiDrum TK09

Kickdrum bassdrum.avi Published on Apr 14, 2012

"A demonstration of the prototype RiDrum TK-09 Kickdrum based upon the Roland TR909 Kickdrum, for more information check out"  The site lists additional drum modules.

"The RiDrum TK09 is based upon the famous 909, the analog electronic circuit is almost identical and it's extended with a trigger and CV inputs, parameters for the Attack, envelop generator parameters for pitch and a LED to see triggering.

Because the original parts like the transistors and integral circuits (Operational Amplifiers) not being manufactured anymore, they are replaced by standard European components, this had some influence on the overall sound, but with fine-tuning the circuits on the new components it’s almost identical as the real thing, this is the closes you can get compare to the real 909..."

This is the first Dijkstar and RiDrum post.
