Analogue Solutions Nyborg 24

Note: Auction links are affiliate links for which the site may be compensated.

via this auction

Recap on features:

"Nyborg is a compact analogue synthesizer. Analogue – as in really analogue. Aside from the MIDI chip (which has to be digital), everything else is totally analogue using real transistors and op-amps. There are no CPU stabilized and quantized circuits, no DCOs, no digital LFOs and no digital EGs, as found on other so called analogue synths. The circuitry is based on designs dating back to the mid-1970s. So Nyborg has a genuine old sound.

Analogue Solutions Leipzig-SK Keyboard Synthesizer Sequencer

Note: Auction links are affiliate links for which the site may be compensated.
via this auction
Perfect Circuit Audio (RSS)

"The SK is almost identical to the S. But with the addition of a MIDI controller keyboard.

Differences between Leipzig-S/SK and the original Leipzig

Envelopes are now full ADSR
EGs can be disconnected from MIDI trigger
VCO2 can be disconnected from MIDI (free running modulator!)
Analogue step sequencer
VCF can be modulated from either EG1 or EG2
Features

Pure analogue voice and modulation circuitry
Fat Moog style transistor ladder filter
2 x VCOs with glide and sub-VCOs
Plenty of modulation routing possibilities
Analogue step sequencer with plenty of clocking options
Audio input so can be used as a sound processor
Rugged steel/aluminium construction
MIDI input for software sequencer control
LCD to enable editing of keyboard set-up (transpose, pitch bend range, retrig, etc)
Internal power supply
Because each parameter is not under solid CPU control, each parameter has that tiny analogue drift that adds so much to character
None of the parameters or controls are quantised. So when you turn a knob, you are turning a resistor that affects a real analogue circuits"

So, what product would you like us to design next?

via the Analogue Solutions website
"I have about 3 products coming out in the next 6-12 months. But nothing new past that on the design board, since I have been so busy with the Leipzig keyboard synth.

I have a few ideas of the type of synth/analogue related-product I might do next (though it will never be anything radical, synth analogue stuff as been around for 30 or so years so it's all been covered. All I can do really is re-invent the wheel, so to speak.) I specialise in monosynths, modulars, percussion and analogue sequencers. I will not get involved with DSP, digital circuits (beyond MIDI and logic), patch memories (complex and expensive to implement) or polysynths (expensive) - to give you an idea of our design ethos.

If you want to share your thoughts let me know. But please don't be offended if I don't reply since there's lots to do here! But I will try and share my thoughts back where I can. I will of course ignore any offensive emails! (There's always some opinionated bright spark out there). Maybe I'll list some of the funnier ideas on this site (and keep the best to myself!). Some things I consider when thinking about new products; do I have the technical skill to achieve the design, will it be too complex or expensive to produce, will anyone actually BUY it! Also I have to like the idea. I never design any product that I won't enjoy myself."

AS T's as well.

You can find the Analogue Solutions contact link to leave your suggestions at the top right of the Analogue Solutions website. Feel free to discuss here as well of course.

ANALOGUE SOLUTIONS "LEIPZIG" 100% ANALOG SYNTH SN 4514

Note: Auction links are affiliate links for which the site may be compensated.

via this auction

"Incredible 100% dual VCO analogue synth, made in the UK by Tom Carpenter/Analogue Solutions.
The original rack/desktop model of the Leipzig synth, very rare.
Moog style filters, great bass can play it straight or make some crazy sounds too.
Also with TWO line ins for external sounds! MIDI in and out.

Fully working and tested, works great with MIDI sequencers/computers too.
A few very light superficial marks on face, light home use only.

Serial No. 4514"

The Analogue Solutions Oberkorn 3 Sequencer

Published on Sep 23, 2016 AutomaticGainsay

"Here is a musical demonstration of some of the functionality of the Analogue Solutions Oberkorn 3 analog(ue) 16-step 3-CV-track 2-gate-track sequencer.

In the video you'll see an Oberkorn 3 controlling a Nyborg 12 synthesizer via CV and gate, as well as controlling the clock on the Leipzig S 8-step sequencer.

Later, you'll see two Oberkorn 3s in action controlling the Leipzig S as well as two Nyborg 12s! It's an Analogue Solutions extravaganza."
