"This is my Monophonic Synthesizer. It was designed and built in the late 1970s. It is shown here with all the patch cords removed so the panels are more visible. Some of the modules were never completed beyond the panel. Click any image for a bigger version."
YouTube via isotopeofme "LFOs are great. Modulation is the heart of many good sounds, but a single LFO can get boring. Up, Down, Up, Down. So why not mix 2 of them together? Here's an example of a slightly more complex pattern made by summing 2 midi synchronized LFOs at the Linear VCA.
The patch is extremely basic, a simple 2 OSC saw fed to a 24 DB lowpass filter. the output of the combined LFOs is brought into the secondary VC input on the LPF creating a syncopated pattern.
YouTube via dkimcg "A drone that used up almost every last patch cable I have. But they all do a little something. The way one small individual fiber is harmless, but combine many together in some Metamucil and you get crap for sure. This patch even smells like ass. Like the big turd that never ends...drone away.
YouTube via bluelantern320 "I used a Korg MS2000R for the midi ARP. I used my NExus 6 SYNTH VCO's to go to my SSM2044 VERSION 2 VCF, then to a MFOS DUAL VCA. I used A NADYTMP-3 channel strip to allen&heath mixer and mixed Behringer delay pedal, and V-verb FX. This is to demonstrate Pro Recording Examples using the Module."

via Making of a drum synth: "The Beginning Today I'm starting the blog which is dedicated to the development of an analog drum synthesizer. I was asking myself for a long time if I really should start this since there are already too many blogs out-there (in my opinion) with doubtful content sometimes. Anyway, this is about building a analog drum computer. A drum computer is a device on which rhythms can be programmed, it is one of the basic ingredients for all sorts of electronic music. There are some famous examples of drum computers such as the tr-808 from roland which is unfortunately not produced anymore."

YouTube via preposterousman "A pretty cool new synth. go to my blog to read more about it, and to find a link to purchase it." "It is based off of this voice changer that one may purchase at wal-mart for six buckaroos. It is circuit bent of course. Originally it came with a mic and maybe three or four different voice settings, like "alien", "monster", and such like."
