Serge House -- Creature/Quad Tr-606 and roland 104

YouTube via b3nsf

"I hooked up the Serge to the Roland 104 sequencer with the grounding kit, made a sequence and a little beat on the tr-606. I really like how easy it is to control the serge! Thanks goes to Rex for answering my questions in full detail... I'm loving this Beast!!"

Kawai K5000W Synthesizer Workstation

via this auction

Note the coins under the counter. Pawn shop days... How I miss them.
This is the K5000W, the Workstation version of the K5000S. Both digital additive synths with PCM sample based waveforms as well. The K5000S has section of knobs on the upper left and the K5000W has a built in sequencer. The S does have an extensive arpeggiator. Both have buttons that light amber when enabled. Pretty classy synths.

Roland SH-2000

via this auction
"The SH-2000 is a very old and limited but funky analog synth. It has a bunch of preset sounds selected from those ugly green, red and white buttons beneath the keyboard. The sliders give you control of the filter cut-off, resonance, modulation, and sustain. Amazingly however, this 1973 synth has aftertouch which can be assigned to the filter or pitch or to the 'GROWL' sound (growling is what this synth is best for). The SH-2000 is great for squeaky effects and growling bass notes

Loomer Aspect

"Aspect is a 32-note polyphonic software instrument that combines a great-sounding, powerful synthesis engine, with a flexible semi-modular architecture and unparalleled ease of use. The core of Aspect's superb sound are two analog modeled oscillators, each capable of producing a powerful selection of raw waveforms, and dual filters that can be routed in series, in parallel, or even blended into unique combinations.

Modulation sources comes in the form of three analog modeled envelopes, capable of producing quick, snappy attacks, and three flexible LFOs, which can be synced to tempo.

A flexible patch section allows sources to be combined and processed to produce complex modulations from simple sources, whilst a versatile modulation architecture allows practically anything to be used as a modulation source and destination.

With optimised audio algorithms that won't overload your processor, rock-solid stability, and easy integration with any MIDI hardware controller, Aspect is ideal for live work. With a simple and intuitive interface, flexible Bank and Program management, and total parameter automation, Aspect fits right into your studio environment.
Aspect is available for Mac OS X v 10.4 and above, Windows XP and above, and Linux, in Audio Unit, VST plugin, and Standalone application formats.

An evaluation is available for free download, with the following limitations:

* User created Program and Bank configurations can be saved, but not loaded.
* Audio output will stop after 30 minutes of continuous use. The only way to continue using Aspect is to restart the application.

Purchasing a licence will remove these evaluation limitations."
