Minimoog - Moog Model D - Mini-Analog Synth
"SERIAL NUMBER 5475
This is the early, "warmer" osc board and I can't imagine another instrument or Minimoog version sounding any warmer, fatter, smoother, silkier, ballsier, or better. These early Minis sounds SO GOOD. It's a one-owner machine from 1975. Been in the closet for 20 years. Even has the original manual"
SOVIET POLIVOKS POLYVOX with English Labels

"Polivoks had been produced since 1982 by Formanta electronic factory (one of the biggest at the time); it was sold exclusively in the USSR. Polivoks has its own particular electronic parts, reliable keyboard (49 notes F to E) made in magnetically controlled contacts; synthesis modules consist of independent boards, which is convenient for maintenance. The synthesizer has 2-voices polyphony; each oscillator works with a keyboard note independently; two types of filters - bandpass/lowpass and external input for cutoff control. In addition, Polivoks is housed in an original body of uncommon design with handy controls. Being closed with a cover, the synthesizer turns into a strong aluminum case.

There are 4 octaves on the keyboard. The inclined desk is divided into the following functional sections: Modulator, Generator #1, Generator #2, Mixer and Amplifier. They give one a possibility to synthesize a broad spectrum of sounds and to change sounding at any time.

— Polyphony - Two voices
— Oscillators - 2 osc, 1 Noise Gen. Waveforms: triangle, saw, square, pulse 1 and pulse 2.
— LFO - LFO speed and modulation (triangle, saw, square, random waveforms)
— Filter - VCF: ADSR knobs, ADSR mode, cutoff, resonance, BPF/LPF mode, filter LFO level, envelope level.
— VCA - ADSR knobs, ADSR mode, mod level, keyb memory.
— Effects - Glissando

— Memory - None
— Control - CV / Gate (can be installed), MIDI (can be installed)
— Mains voltage of alternating current, V 220
— Power consumption, W max 10
— A range of operating temperature, C -10 / +35
— Relative generator drift over 4 hours continuous work is within, % max +/- 05
— Total musical range overlaped by main generators, Hz 21,8 (F of subcontra octave), + 5274 Hz (E of fifth octave)

— Detuning range of the second generator, % min +/- 25 (+/- 2 tone)
— Frequency change range of the cutoff frequency of the filter, Hz min 100 + 10000
— Dynamic range of the synthesizer, dB min 60
— Inlet voltage of the synthesizer in a load 10 kOm
— Low output voltage, V 0,025
— High output voltage, V 0,25

— Dimensions of the pedal, mm 273х93х52
— Weight, kg"

Folktek Arts The Insect

Folktek on Ebay
"One of the latest "Insectan" works by Arius Blaze. This is an expanded upon version of the previous bugs with folktek magnetic patchbay, patchable knobs and the controllable chaotic sound of alien insects based on high quality speech osc.
The expansion adds a modulate section which toggles back and fourth between two patches adding more rhythmic control and/or also causing the insect to behave oddly and create variations of sounds otherwise unheard from the bugs. The modulate section has speed control and the global patch depth function covers the modulation as well."

"The Crazy Looper is a small handmade device that allows you the create real-time noise loops with a fast modulation metallic effect."

"The audio track from my complete live ImprovFriday (http://improvfriday.ning.com) set from March 26, 2010, available as a high-datarate downloadable stereo MP3. The music is structured improvisations for Buchla 200e and Haken Continuum, processed with a Boss RE-20 Space Echo pedal and a Lexicon MX400XL surround digital reverb processor."
