Korg microSTATION - guitar preset 1-49 HQ

YouTube via triumphthruxton | August 27, 2010

"Guitar preset 1 to 49, Korg microSTATION is a new workstation from Korg. I just got the first shipment to Europe and I have had the Korg M3 and the Korg M50 Workstation before. This is a light weight 2.5 kg/ 6lbs workstation/synthesizer with amazing sounds and a built in sequencer.

Pros: portabel and easy to use, amazing sounds from the bigger M3 series, sequencer, great software editor

Cons: mini keys, small LCD display

Everything recorder with a Korg SR1 Sound On Sound field recorder.

You can make a 16 channel song with drums, bass lines, leads, pads and so on. Use up to 5 effects and master effects and then save your work to a SD card. With the USB connection it can act as an VST in your DAW like Cubase, Logic, Live. Since I use it in a studio it is very easy to just put it in a bag and use it both at home and in the studio. I initially bought the Korg M50 but 7 kg/15 lbs was bulky since I also play bass guitar and use Cubase on my laptop, impossible to get all that equipment on the metro."

Body In The Thames - Io ( Roland Jupiter 6 )

YouTube via bodyinthethames | June 09, 2010

"Body In The Thames - Io

I bought a Roland Jupiter 6

This is the first track I made with it (December 2009)

All the sounds are from the Jupiter 6 with the exception of 1 kick drum sound and 1 snare drum sound

The tonal kick, the LFO'd snare and the 'hats' and little clicks are all done on the Jupiter

Doesn't it sound nice!?!

Roland Jupiter 6 performs

YouTube via fromtinyacorns | May 26, 2009

"Here's the way cool, totally analog JP6. This little piece was performed entirely on the unit pictured, with only a little delay help from Garageband. The song is called "Six on Jupiter". Forgive me...I was weak."

Ensoniq Mirage Sound Demo

YouTube via farmyfarm | September 02, 2008

"This demo uploaded louder than my original, PLEASE ADJUST YOUR VOLUME ACCORDINGLY!!This demo contains sounds from a single Mirage DSK-8. (This was the original Mirage with the horrible Pratt/Whitney keyboard, but a superior all metal case.) There is a minimum of fx applied to the demo. It's ran COMPLETELY thru the Mirage, using the sequencer expander cartridge on the DSK's ONE track sequencer. An external Arppegiator was used. That it! Enjoy...."

Midnight Express, Casio SK 5

YouTube via farmyfarm | April 15, 2009

"The poor Casio SK-5 just doesn't get played on You Tube the way it was intended. I dont mind circuit bending mind you, I just thought I'd put up a vid that showcases the SK in all its intended. cheezy glory. This is a real quick demo doing a speedy rendition of Moroders' Midnight Express theme. Enjoy."

Cover song Depeche Mode To Have and to hold

YouTube via farmyfarm | September 23, 2009

"I always liked this particular DM song...It was kinda dark and perhaps gave us all a glimpse of the darker side of DM's music that was yet to come. Obviously, I sampled some of it. But not as much as you would think. The drums came directly from an an E-MU Emulator 2 sound library that I sampled into my ESI-32. The rest was sampled directly to the ESI. It's just my take on the song. Not quite an exact replica but definetly NOT some of the crap covers I saw."
