Waldorf PPG Wave 3.V Upgrade Special

via Waldorf
"**Christmas offer: 99€ instead of 119€, valid from 12.15 to 12.31.2010."
"The PPG Wave 3.V Upgrade is for users who already own PPG Wave 2.V and want to upgrade to PPG Wave 3.V. Owners of all versions of PPG Wave 2.V, including the LE version and the Waldorf Edition, are eligible for this upgrade. Simultaneous purchase of both Waldorf Edition and this upgrade is also possible.

Waldorf PPG Wave 3.V is the reincarnation of the legendary PPG Wave Synthesizer, which no doubt is considered one of the most respected high-end synthesizers of the 80s. Developed by Wolfgang Palm, this instrument is featured on countless records, and it inspired a whole generation of producers, composers and listeners. While back then it was your choice to spent your money either for a vehicle or the PPG, the new PPG Wave 3.V renders this breathtaking sonic character very affordable, comfortably to use for every VST or AU Host. During the development of the PPG Wave 3.V, we gladly received extensive advice from Wolfgang Palm himself to ensure that the PPG Wave 3.V becomes a worthy successor of this adorable jewel of the art of German engineering.

Unleash the massive sound potential with the charm of the "good old digital days" with this unique instrument, and bring back the pure joy and individuality of 1980s synthesis with the PPG Wave 3.V!!

"After last weeks weird video with artificial flowers, pink skirts, and German peace songs I though we needed to get down to earth again!

So I have made a little update to the building project I made last winter. I found that the keyboard on my mini modular synthesizer could need to go a little lower. Therefore I have made a frequency divider and this is what this video is about.

The music is played on the Böhm Station One workstation, Roland E-15 and Yamaha PSR-78 keyboards."
