"vintage Moog model 1125 sample & hold controller. This piece is a super rare accessory for the Mini Moog keyboard. As indicated in the pictures the 1125 controller comes with the original tag from the manufacturer. The assembly date and serial # noted on the tag are 5/12/76 and 2962, respectively. The condition of this piece is a 9/10."
