MIDIbox SD Card Polyphonic Sample Player

YouTube Uploaded by magneticstripper on Dec 12, 2011

"This is my Prototype build of a project designed by a gent named Lee. Many Props to Lee on an excellent device. Many additional Props going out to the Midibox crew for designing such a
robust core.

This 1st Demo shows some "on the fly" "beatbox dubbing" of the sample player.
All sound is coming off the sampler (with the exception of some high-hats,
from another unit). Very very snappy playback.

"I worked for Gibson Guitars in the 1970’s and our plant manager knew the Moog plant manager thus while on vacation I received the gold plated guided tour when the Memory Moog was in development, and Mini Moogs/PolyMoogs were on the assembly line. I have included a picture of some concept drawings of the Memory Moog"

Roland SRE-555 Space Echo tape delay

via this auction

abertronix (RSS)

"Roland's professional tape delay system featuring advanced low noise circuitry and balanced in/outputs as well as stereo output. It combines four effects ; Chorus (analog circuitry similar to the roland dc 20/30) Echo (tape delay / 6 six modes ) Sound on sound (tape layering effect unique to the 501) Reverb (spring reverb tank) All effects can be used alone on mixed in any combination. In my opinion the sound is clean though the delay is still very much tape like in character. Where this equipment shines is in the ability to create and mix together very beautiful chorus/ delays/ reverbs so easily."
