Note the rings on his fingers. Via Buchla on the 222e: "Trigonometric detection of 2 wireless rings provides spatial information in three dimensions, with additional data provided by ring-mounted switches. Charging of the rings is accomplished by plugging them into powered USB sockets."

Hexagon Eye - Bent Yamaha PSS-270

YouTube Uploaded by SeaweedFactory on Dec 28, 2011

"Hexagon Eye is a circuit bent Yamaha PSS-270. Chorus speed, depth, and morphback controls have been fitted. Morphback adjusts the chorus feedback and changes the timbre of the chorus signal simultaneously. An overdrive control is also provided. The sustwist control emphasizes the decay tails of sounds and brings out higher harmonics. An octave drop switch pitches notes down. The randomize switch produces new timbres when active during a patch change. When in use, the keys will play shifting sounds. All controls are fitted into a side cart to allow plenty of room and easy identification for live use.

MOOG SOURCE VINTAGE ANALOG SYNTH

via this auction

"From MOOG: In addition to the memory capable of holding 16 presets, the Source features a 37-note keyboard, and two VCOs that can be selected among three waveforms and three octaves. Programmed presets can be saved to an audio cassette interface to free up the onboard memory for additional new patches. The 24dB/octave VCF has parameters for keyboard tracking, cutoff frequency, resonance, and envelope amount. There are two ADSR envelope generators that can be set in single or multi trigger modes, one for the VCF and one for the VCA. For modulation, the Source features LFO and sample and hold. The unit also features a rudimentary sequencer."

ANALOGUE SOLUTIONS STATION X ANALOG MODULAR SYNTH

via this auction

"KEY FEATURES OF STATION X

Pure analogue voice circuitry
Fully patchable
Compact modular synth
Available as a module (without case)
Plenty of modulation possibilities
Rugged steel construction
MIDI In for software sequencer / keyboard control

Comprises:

MIDI to CV Converter (so you can play it from MIDI).
Voltage Controlled Oscillator with pulse width control input.
Low Pass ‘Moog’ style filter, 24dB/oct.
Voltage Controlled Amplifier (wired in series to the VCF).
Envelope Generator.
VC Low Frequency Oscillator. Four waveforms and CV controlled of frequency.
Noise Generator.
Sample and Hold.

Station X is a compact “mini-modular” synthesiser. It contains all the essential ingredients to form complete synth patches.

Think of it as a mini Red Square or Tereshkova (two other, larger modular synths we produce). In fact, a mini Red Square is a good analogy. If has the same filter and similar key features (though Red Square is 2 VCO).

Station X is ideal for beginners who want to dip their toes into the world of modular synths, the travelling producer who wants to take a true analogue modular synth around to different sessions, or home musician who perhaps is limited for space.

Station-X comes with 5 splitter leads, so you can feed a signal (source) to 2 destinations. This is like having 5 mini-multiple modules built in."

"Octave distortion program for the TipTop audio Z-DSP. The pic was taken using my iPhone 4 in Hipstamatic with an Olloclip fisheye lens and then processed in Swanko Labs to get 3 versions. I then put them back together using diptic."
