"In his off-duty time, NASA Astronaut Don Pettit likes to explore scientific curiosities of his own design. Sometimes that means cutting his shirt up and playing the space station vacuum cleaner like a didgeridoo. Answer the challenge question at www.physicscentral.com/sots for a chance to have your name read from space!"

Hungry Ghost Moon by Atomic Shadow

A film by Jeff Gustafson. Last July, while working on the Twelve Full Moons album, I found myself on the Salt Flats. The P-51, F4 and Power Plant chopper were used in a Breitling watch ad. The sights sounds around the shoot were captured with a Zoom recorder and horribly abused with Kaoss pads, looped, slowed down and run backwards. The HP sine wave generators make an appearance along with Moog and Pigtronix ring modulators.
NOTE: Hollow Sun Records is no more. please find links to 12 Full Moons album at atomicshadow.com
devi ever CONSOL II cartridge based multi-fx unit KICKSTARTER

"...SO... What is the Console II? Well, it's a pretty simple concept. We have a base guitar effect box in which you insert fx cartridges to mix and match your favorite effects. The only limit is to what can fit on the cartridge, and thankfully with the miniaturization of electronic parts, we're able to fit a lot on there!
From fuzz, to delay, to modulation, to even DSP based effects, the Console II will allow you to take a bag full of your favorite pedals anywhere and mix and match them more easily than having to deal with cables and power supplies and bulky enclosures.
Once again we have the brilliant mind behind INFANEM, Ken S. doing amazing engineering work on this project from the custom cartridge enclosure to the elegant blend circuit on the console itself, as well as miniaturizing circuits to fit onto the portable cartridges.
The best thing about building guitar fx this way is that we will be able to offer fx at a more reasonable price without having to go over-seas or sacrifice production quality!..."
