Ten ways to have fun with a Korg MS-20

1-Basic Plogue Bidule polysynth passing through the filters of my Korg MS-20
2-Korg MS-20 acting very strange
3-Duophonic Korg MS-20
4-Duophonic Korg MS-20 (2)
5-Korg MS-20 complexely arpeggiated by Plogue Bidule
6-Korg MS-20 arpeggiated - Filters's resonance only !
7-FM-like sounds with a Korg MS-20
8-Crazy feedback loop with a Korg MS-20
9-Let's jam ! Korg MS-20 sequenced by Plogue Bidule
10-Let's jam again ! Korg MS-20 sequenced by Plogue Bidule

Hello ! My name is Frederic Gerchambeau. I have made this movie and this music. The music has been made in one take using a Korg MS-20, Plogue Bidule and Audacity. Enjoy !"

"Elka X 705 Space Organ huge vintage analogue synthesizer moog filters Jarre

an absolute classic beast --as used by jean Michael jarre in the 70's

so much on this synth it's ridiculous!! two hammond clones ---2 string synths (elka rhapsodies) elka soloist 505, analog drum machine --brass synth etc etc

was working until recently --and just stopped for some reason - prob a dodgy capacitor, unfortunatel I dont really have the space anymore - or time to fix

it sounded incredible!!! you can layer all the sounds together for some super fat synth odysseys

the only part that is still working is the solo synth - the synth that has the moog ladder filters..."

via the listing: " Got this from a friend nearly 10 years ago. He bought it new, played it for years, then put it in storage. I tried to play it immediately, the sound started around middle-c and descended slowly, nothing I did changed the sound that was coming out. So I unplugged it before it blew my speakers as the sound continued to get lower, and put it in storage, always intending to have it repaired / restored at some point. Now, I think it's best just to let it go to someone who can restore it / resell it or restore it for themselves."

Vermona Mono Lancet Monophonic Analog Synthesizer SN 07202

"True greatness comes from within! The Mono Lancet is a compact synthesizer with a big sound, with an uncomplicated user interface and lots of charm.
Oscillators

Two analogue oscillators ensure a solid sound foundation. Oscillator one creates triangle-, sawtooth- and square waves and can be set one octave lower than the second oscillator. The latter produces white noise instead of the triangle wave.
The pulse width can be modulated via the modulation wheel (MIDI) and/or an external control voltage source (see “Extension”). The glide generator has a legato mode or (alternatively) can remain permanently active.
Filter

The voltage controlled lowpass filter has a slope of 24db per octave. On high resonance settings it self-oscillates, producing a stable sine wave that can be played in a range of about 2 ½ octaves. Using MIDI the cutoff frequency can be controlled by velocity and/or aftertouch.
Amplifier

There’s a strong VCA inside the Mono Lancet that can be modulated by the ADSR or a fixed organ-like envelope. On demand it can additionally respond to velocity.
Modulation

The classical ADSR envelope generator can modulate the VCO- and VCF frequency and the VCA. The LFO offers rectangle and triangle as well as sample & hold and is a modulation source for VCF and VCO.
Extension

There’s a 25pin sub-D connector on the rear of the Mono Lancet. The optional “Mono Lancet Modular Dock” widens the potential of the synthesizer enormously through numerous in- and outputs for control voltages and audio signals. PWM and filter inputs are just two of these.

MIDI Interface

note on/off
Pitch Bender on/off (CC 84) - affects VCO pitch (+/- 4 tones)
Modulation Wheel on/off (CC 85) - affects pulse width of the VCOs
Aftertouch on/off (CC 86) - affects cutoff frequency
Velocity on/off (CC 87) - affects VCA
Velocity can additionally be set to cutoff frequency (CC 88)
Glide-Switch on/off (CC 89) - glide only works when playing legato
Legato on/off (CC 90) - envelope will not be retriggered when playing legato"
