"It can convert CV (and optional audio signals) into video and audio. It works by changing the frequency of oscillators that are synced to a composite video sync generator.
The signal that is generated is output as audio on a mini jack connector, and as video on the RCA jack connector.

In the beginning and end of recording, there is an audible click. So, it is best to play back longer samples. The sound quality is very low.

It's been completely serviced (all boards washed, PPC cleaned, new key bushings, calibrated, cleaned and lubricated sliders) and sounds amazing now! A great piece of history for in your studio. It comes with a solid hardcase, original owner's manual, ARP synthesizer book with many patch-sheets and the ARP modification card. It runs on 220V and the serial number is: 28210173."
