"This machine is a reissue but still a Model 7030 so it has the nicer SSM filters plus no power supply issues, it will run smooth and not get hot.
73 discs of sounds (valued at $500) includes:
- Entire library of Original Sp1200 sounds, 21 discs total (see below for complete list)
- 28 discs with original Northstar productions sounds (see below for complete list) including 5 originals
- 5 sample discs from Jomox Xbase 888 & 999 sampled direct from the machine
- 7 samples discs of Roland TR909, TR808 & TR606, Acidlab Miami sampled direct from the machines

"The Dreamboat is based on a Chaos making circuit called Chua's circuit. A Chaos system could be a completely understood system where the math/physics are fully known. Yet future state prediction can be difficult due to EXTREME SENSITIVITY to initial conditions. The slightest fractional error in measurement can lead to large changes in future.
Another example of Chaos systems is the double pendulum. Every time it's released it would take a completely different path yet the system is fully understood!!. Edward Lorenz describes Chaos as:
"When the present determines the future, but the approximate present does not approximately determine the future."
The Dreamboat module is a live example of such Chaotic yet not random behavior,

"Plugin Boutique are soon to release VirtualCZ - a new plug-in inspired by an iconic series of digital synthesisers made in the 1980s.
VirtualCZ uses Phase Distortion - which is similar to FM Synthesis but easier to program!It can make great pads, leads, bass, percussion and RAVE ORGAN sounds that will fit into a wide variety of genres.
Many people fondly remember the CZ synths and they have become retro-classics that are highly sought after, having been used on countless techno, house, rave and synth-pop records in the late 80s and early 90s. Lots of artists still use them today for their unique sounds.
The synthesis engine of the original hardware is modelled in the plug-in which can load and transmit CZ SYSEX patches, but the plug-in goes beyond the hardware to offer new sound possibilities and usability features. It’s much more fun to edit, since all the important synthesis parameters have their own control. It includes things not found on the originals such as switchable envelope generators (ADSR or 8-Stage MSEG) and Unison modes.
