Thanks to Matthew Davidson and Michael Bierylo and the Electronic Production and Design Department of the Berklee College of Music, we will be having the Analogue Heaven North East spring event at the David Friend Recital Hall at Berklee! Given the connection of David Friend as a co-founder of ARP Synthesizers, I can’t think of a better venue for our spring gathering.

When: Sunday, May 10th, 2015, Noon - 5:30PM with performances from 7PM-9PM. Load in starts at 11AM.

Where: David Friend Recital Hall, Genko Uchida building at 921 Boylston Street, Boston, MA.

"See exactly what your signals are doing! VM is a super-skinny (2HP) volt meter utility module for your Eurorack modular synthesizer. It offers a bar-graph display that gives you a quick, easy to read indication of what your signal's voltage is and where it's going, even from across the room. It can indicate voltages between -12.9V and +12.9V, with one LED per volt (and per 0.1 volt). The meter lights red to indicate a positive voltage and blue to indicate negative.

VM offers 4 different display modes, which can be cycled through by pressing the pushbutton on the front panel:

Dot Mode: One LED lights at a time, indicating voltage to the nearest volt.
Precision Dot Mode: Up to two LEDs light at a time. The solid one indicates volts, and the dim/flashing one indicates tenths of a volt.
Bar Mode: All LEDs up to and including the indicated voltage light up.
Precision Bar Mode: Like bar mode, but one of the LEDs flashes to indicate tenths of a volt."

"This low pass resonant filter has been designed and a hand assembled in Devon. its essentially an OTA based sallen key type filter similar to the one found in the Korg MS-20 but with the edition of a selectable clipping stage.
the edition of a selectable clipping stage gives you 2 different filters sounds.
the hand etched copper front panel has been varnished to prevent corrosion.

"In Good cosmetic condition, It was in much better condition last week when I first listed it for sale on eBay [here] ;( I was requested for some better photos of the Unit, so I took the machine outside for better pictures!! As I was going out the door, one of my cats tripped me, and the unit came to rest on the door handle.. As you can see in the photo there is a small dent in the face plate (module 121VCF - lower mod input fader section) and there is a scratch on the face plate, the mod slider on each side of the scratch was a little bent, I carefully straightened them and they work perfectly. There is also a mark on either side of the 'fake' wood panels, where the plastic has chipped away from the chipboard side pieces."
