Several non-responsive keys fixed
Button contacts cleaned
Memory battery replaced (worth noting the original battery was still in here, so it has lasted about 30 years!)
Factory patches restored via tape (notoriously difficult to get right on this model - I've saved you the trouble!)
The 'Moog Slayer' mod has been added - giving you real time control over the filter and resonance
FM mod - giving you frequency modulation from the VCF (useful on some patches, horrible on others!)
"I may be wearing out the Space Drums idea, but I'm really loving this clip. The FM drums mode on Peaks is just awesome! Rene and Rings get involved here too."
"The Digitakt from Elektron is finally here. This video contains a quick unboxing, an overview of functions and controls. But also sound demos and showing you how to make some cool synth sounds.
This video was made with the Digitakt OS 1.0 and since then Elektron has updated it. Check www.elektron.se for latest OS."

Elektron Digitakt Test Preview ( No Talking)

"Here is the second part of the Nonlinearcircuits VCO demo. This one is just a performance, no talking (yes!). Just me showing off. I am at various times manually tweaking the tuning on the VCO to affect the Hard sync, and the frequency and modulation depth on the various CV inputs. It’s all live, so if you can manage to listen to all of it, there are some interesting sounds coming out of this thing. See the details below for what I’m using. This is a very cool and very capable VCO.
Here are the details:
The bass sequence and drums are from a Mutable Instruments Anushri. Everything else is the nlc VCO, just one VCO, one side, no filter. Sync (hard) is coming from the other side of the nlc VCO. Output is the PanPulse. PWM is handled by a Frequency Central Wave Runner, Sync Mod is a PM Foundations 3080 VCO, PanPWM is a TipTop Z3000, DC FM is modulated by an nlc ADSR 312, which is causing the Sync to move a bit when I play the keyboard. AC FM is modulated by an X-4046 VCO through a Fonitronik Cascade. An MFOS VCA is using CV from another nlc ADSR 312 to handle dynamics, and that is going to a Ladik M-171 Mixer."
"Pioneer DJ announced in January the AS-1 Synthesizer, a new collaboration with Dave Smith Instruments. The core of the AS-1 is a Mono Prophet 6 Synthesizer. After one month of testing, here is my review of the AS-1 Analog mono Synth
