"Yes, it's real - and it's spectacular. One of the rarest and most sought after keyboards ever made. The Yamaha CS-80.
I'm not exactly sure what year it was made, but this keyboard was only made between 76-80, so we're close.
This particular keyboard spent most of the early 80s on tour with Robert Plant and Foreigner. My father bought it and put it to good use playing in those projects throughout that time. (keyboard has a few cosmetic dings)
I don't have the hard cover, or the legs though... sorry!

It hadn't really been used at all in the last 25 years, so I took it to Main Drag Music and hat it completely worked over. (It needed quite a bit of work)
Takeshi Kawana over at Main Drag replaced/fixed(among other things -
- the trim pots on the VCO board
- replaced various pots, cleaned others
- fixed connection on a few trims, cleaned others
- re-calibrated VCO, FCF, VCA, EG, Filter
- checked and fixed wiring and PCB
- long 'burn tests' to check for long term function/failure/tuning

There's still an ever so slight intermittent tuning issue, but I think that's an problem for a more passionate/interested mind to handle."

Of the filters I'm offering, 4023-VCF has the most lovely saturation to me. In most cases, when the input slider is above 60% the filter input will start to become overdriven. Resulting in a warm and fuzzy distortion.
Audio recorded direct to Tascam DR-05.
Some use of the Timefactor Delay and Big Sky Reverb.
