video upload by Aleksei Laman

"L-1 Synthesizer plays Melodic House.
This time I've tried to record more carefully.
I record my synth 'as is'. No multitrack, no computer mixing."

Vermona twinVCFilter – Part 2: more filter sweeps

video upload by vermonagear

00:00 | Intro
00:36 | filter sweep lowpass, 24 dB/octave with overdrive (no resonance)
01:03 | filter sweep lowpass, 24 dB/octave
02:06 | filter sweep bandpass, 12 dB/octave
03:03 | filter sweep highpass, 12 dB/octave

"In the second video about twinVCFilter, we explore its serial mode. Connecting both filter sections in a row doubles the slope, which results in 24 dB/octave low- and highpass filter and a bandpass with 12 dB/octave.

Like in the first video, we sweep through all filter types with different resonance settings."

Buchla/Tiptop Audio 292T Quad Lopass Gate

video upload by Cinematic Laboratory

"Welcome to Episode 06 of my Buchla/Tiptop 200 series video series. This time, we'll focus on the 292T Quad Lopass gate, the essential part of the system that brings everything together and defines the classic Buchla sound. Since the vintage 1960's Vactec Vactrols have become very rare (and expensive) TipTop had no choice but to make their own. And they did an AMAZING job."
