"Well my audio accidentally recorded in dual mono, but I'm posting this anyway. This is my first part of a deeper dive into what I consider Dave Smith's coolest synthesizer: The Polyevolver keyboard.

I'm lucky enough to not only own this Synth, but own one that used to belong to one of my favourite bands of the last two decades: Metric. If you don't know them and like Synth music, you should really check them out. They used the Polyevolvers right up until their album Pagan's in Vegas. Emily Haines also uses a Pro One.

I also have a Polyevolver rack, which I'll hook up for my second video of the series where I hope to also have stereo actually recording."

Incredible 8 bit sampler with analog filters for an incredible sonic experience.

Extremely rare unit with DREM 3 installed. One of only a few in the world. The DREM 3 replaces the original HD and allows for an unlimited amount of banks to be saved and loaded from SD card. Unit also boots form DREM 3 in seconds and can load a new bank in under 4 seconds. The latest version of the DREM 2 software also allows for FDD capability so you can use it both ways. The EII+ HD used an early type of SCSI so DREM 3 was specifically created to work with it. VGA display port. DREM 2 also has EMXP support as well. For more information see drem.info

New USB Floppy Emulator in second drive slot.

New switches and faders. A new modern power supply unit was just installed. The old PSU's are notoriously prone to failure and noise. This EII is like a teenager again. Ready to go!
