"A short description of the upcoming EaganMatrix Overlay support (previously named Specialty Synths) that will be part of the next Major EaganMatrix firmware release. The content here is very similar to what Ed Eagan presented at the recent ContinuuCon 2024, but here implemented using an Electra One controller instead of a MAXMSP program. The idea is that the interface is a simple a Midi CC control scheme (that does not require bidirectional communication), the user interface for which can be implemented in numerous ways, now even as a plugin. Note this video is not intended to be an instructional presentation on exactly how to create the interface. More detailed videos will come once the new firmware is released."
