HEAD DRESS - Make Noise 9U Techno
Published on Jul 7, 2016 Ted James Butler
"Just messing around with some simple rhythms this afternoon, decided to make a quick video. 2 percussive voices and a little bit of bass from the Make Noise system. Twisted sax lead and sub bass off the Electribe. Still getting to know the RYTM at this point. Playing around with trig probability in its programming. Nothing too crazy, but thought it was worth catching...
Make Noise 9U System,
Elektron Analog RYTM,
KORG Electribe.
Recorded 07.07.2016."

YouTube Published on Jul 8, 2012 by freeformdelusion
"Now on eBay, worldwide shipping - eBay - freeform-delusion
S Club - Limb Box - I'm guessing its Rachel from S Club 7 - Limbs sticking out of the box, control head and I used the dress just to give the box a nice green colour. Its just something I put together quickly.
The box sings the song "Reach for the stars"
the mods are:
switched 1/4inch jack output
red LED
green button to start the song
pitch up/down control head - I tied her hair, glued it together so it stays in place. and tied the wrists & ankles, don't know why I just did it :-/

Circuit Bent Elmo
YouTube Uploaded by FrankenMusik on Jul 10, 2011
"Yet another fun Elmo Bent Toy. Originally this toy was a Silly Parts Talking Elmo. Unfortunately I do not have any of the accessories, but he is still loads of fun to play/sample from.
There are two basic mods, pitch control and power starve. About half way into the video I switch over to added effects; space like sounds from Elmo.
http://www.frankenmusik.blogspot.com"
" Power Starve
1/8" Output Jack
Pitch Control
Pitch Control Switch: Pitch ON/OFF/(ON)
Runs on 2 "AA" Batteries
This is a custom Circuit Bent toy that offers some great sounding glitches. Alter Elmo's voice and send him into drones by limiting the power to the CPU (brain); this is the Blue Control knob atop Elmo's head-appropriately place.
Originally this was a Silly Parts Talking Elmo and unfortunately I do not have all the accessories. Released in 2003 and discontinued in 2009. From what I gather a bit of rare toy, but not my forte. I fashioned a couple of aluminum pins that activate the switches in Elmo's body. The switches (8 of them) are located at his hands, feet head, belly and nose. If you have plans to dress him up, you are out of luck :).
Electronically, this moderately modified toy is in great working order. Battery cover is in place. Elmo has some minor scratches and scuffs."

Circuit Bent Casio MT-240 MIDI Keyboard
via this auction
"bent by Intellibent Design
*custom paint
*42 point banana jack patch bay
*3 fine tune patches
*1 patch being routed through a LDR (light dependent resistor) mounted on the alien's head inside the UFO
*switch to activate the UFO/LDR
*ALL 3 patches are tied to momentary trigger buttons
*ALL 3 patches also routed through potentiometers for fine tuning, with 2 of them being precision multi-turn pots
*new AC power adapter jack (the original one made for lose and bad connections, this new one is great!)
*2 reset buttons added 1 for batteries, 1 for AC power
*1 custom sh!t shot switch - this switch located on the center back of the machine connects the main two chips and causes the machine to slip into bent space when thrown doing all sorts of really odd things...random sounds, backwards stuff, arps, and grainular decimated sonic goodness !
ANY 2 points connected can cause all sorts of sonic mayhem. glitched out rhythmic patterns, backwards sounds, decimated chewed up, sounds turned inside out, grainular sounding shreads
keys have been sealed with a crackle finish and add extra textural dimensions to the look and feel of the keyboard
This LIGHT sensor is tied to a 500 Ohm multi-turn potentiometer and between the fine tuning of select bends and some careful light control some very cool means are afforded to manipulate and modulate given bend points. the LDR sensor is perched on top of a head-dress that has been added to the alien co-pilot."
