Audio Damage known for their software based instruments & effects has announce three new eurororack modules.

"The adm01 dubjr is a voltage-controlled eurorack delay module with the following features:

time controls the analog-style delay that goes from 5ms to 1 second.
regen controls the feedback of the delay. at full feedback, dubjr self-oscillates.

mix control crossfades from dry to wet.

cv control of all parameters.

8hp panel size.

skiff-friendly 20mm depth.

60ma current draw."

The ADM03 ERRORBOX

"The adm03 errorbox is a voltage-controlled eurorack signal reduction module with the following features:

srr controls the sample rate of the signal, from 48khz to 50hz.

brr controls the bit depth of the signal, from 16 bits to 1 bit.

err is our proprietary intentional error algorithm.

cv control of all parameters.

8hp panel size.

skiff-friendly 20mm depth.

60ma current draw."

The ADM02 GRAINSHIFT

"The adm02 grainshift is a voltage-controlled eurorack granulation module with the following features:
granular effect for real-time pitch-shifting and chaotic grain effects.

pitch shift goes from -1 octave to +1 octave.

chaos control for randomizing grains.

size control changes the interval and duration of the grains.

cv control of all parameters.

8hp panel size.

skiff-friendly 20mm depth.

90ma current draw."

"Joel Chadabe, native of New York, studied with Elliott Carter at the Yale School of Music. Following three years in Europe, he returned to New York and established an electronic music studio at the State University of New York at Albany.

In 1967, he created the design for an analog-programmable Moog synthesizer and commissioned Robert Moog to build it. In 1977, Joel Chadabe and Roger Meyers developed the PLAY Program, the first software music sequencer. From 1983 to 1994, Joel Chadabe was the president of Intelligent Music, the first company to develop and distribute software and hardware for interactive composing, In 1994, he founded Electronic Music Foundation (EMF), a non-profit organization dedicated to the history and creative potential of electronic music. "Ultra rare synthesizer! I don't believe very many of these were produced, let alone sold in America. The DS-202 is an early digital keyboard (somewhere in the early 80s) that has some pretty standard keyboard, organ, and electric piano sounds. The DS-310 module (which also works with other Seiko keyboards, such as the 101 and 250) is a really interesting additive synth add-on that has a LCD display to edit different parameters. Really great for pads and glassy leads!.."

Borg 2 Eurorack Modular Filter Demo (Malekko/Wiard)

Published on Oct 15, 2012 mylarmelodies·21 videos

"Demo of the vactrol based Buchla/Korg hybrid beast that is the Malekko made Wiard Borg 2. http://malekkoheavyindustry.com

Discussion following this video highlights that the variability of vactrols means these filters can vary quite a lot in their responses, some are more agressive than others! Also please note that the 'extra resonance' jumper is IN PLACE during this video - it can be considerably more agressive than this(!)"

modular, monotribe, jupiter 6 synth music system proof of concept.

Uploaded on Jan 22, 2012 mylarmelodies·21 videos

"this is a sort of proof-of-concept idea where the korg monotribe is clocking the modular, specifically the intellijel ustep, which is in turn clocking a makenoise rene and a roland jupiter 6's arpeggio advance (out A to rene, out B to jupiter). the modular does the bass, the monotribe does beat (with spring reverb from doepfer a199), the jupiter does the weird squeaky pad. all of these are feeding into the modular, and a mono output of this whole thing is recorded into a computer.

in this way whole sections of music can be worked out in a hands-on-fashion and printed in blocks into the computer (on separate channels if need be)."

"808 in your Eurorack: thanks Tiptop Audio.

Mega respect to Flight of Harmony Plague Bearer too really, which is pretty much entirely causing it to sound like this."

Doepfer A-124 Wasp Filter Simple Sweeps Demo.

Published on Sep 14, 2013 mylarmelodies·21 videos

"Being a video that shows the Doepfer Wasp Filter's character off on some simple square waves. Modular signal is processed with a tiny touch of UAD EMT-140 Plate Reverb to take the edge of its dryness.
