"This synth belongs to Dave Weyer, the business partner of the late Tim Smith who was the Western Regional Tech Rep for Sequential Circuits , Arp, and Moog also contributing to the famous Vintage Synthesizers book and articles in Keyboard Magazine. Tim was an expert at repairing all kinds of sythesizers and electronics and over the years amassed quite a bit of stuff ( the service manual included was his ), while Dave is more well known for his amplifier mods and repaiirs for many well known musicians including Neil Young, John Lennon, and Jimi Hendrix..."

"This is a fully functioning Prophet 5 in great condition. It has not been in a storage unit and shows no signs of rust. (tip: always look at the rear screws and jack washers for signs of rust on old synths) This Prophet 5 correctly runs autotune on all 5 voices and has been hot tuned by Riley Smith.. "This is an auction for a 1982 Crumar Trilogy analogue synthesiser with a 49 note keyboard in very good condition and it comes with a hard case, a soft case and the original manual. It is a fabulous sounding instrument and you can play every note you depress because it is fully polyphonic/paraphonic. It has three sections: Synth, Organ, Strings. You can play all sections together at the same time to create rich multilayered sounds, or you can choose any combinatio of the three, or just one section by itself. You can control the volume for each section separately and it has a joystick that combines pitch bend from left to right and VCF/VCA up and down. There are a number of input and output sockets for controlling and listening to your performance (see below and photograph for details)..."
