M2Synth Sequencer 192 Testing - Tangram Cover

video upload by John L Rice

"I recently finished building the Sequencer 192 kit from Soundtronics’ M2Synth modular line. 🥳 In the back of the manual they have a tutorial on how to program the opening sequence for Tangerine Dream’s famous piece Tangram. It was a good way to get to know the sequencer better. (I dialed in the synth sound from memory so I’m like way off! 😊)

Kits will be available soon in MOTM and MU compatable formats on the Soundtronics.co.uk site and prebuilt modules will be available on the M2Synth.com site."

See the Soundtronics label below for additional posts.

Clavinetic! For Hohner D6 Clavinet and Moog Voyager

video upload by R. Reger

"Original piece showcasing the classic Clavinet sound. There's a section with a wah pedal, but it's mostly straight clav, double-tracked with a touch of delay and chorus on one track."

Originally released in 1970, this three-oscillator, monophonic, analog synthesizer set the standard for all electronic keyboards that followed. With a locally sourced Appalachian cherry cabinet and hand-finished aluminum chassis, the Model D looks retains it's classic look while still feeling new. Experience the legendary low-pass ladder filter, powerful oscillators, and rich saturating mixer in all their glory, featuring the exact component placement and through-hole design of a 1970s-era Minimoog. Don't miss this chance to dive into the classic sound with a fresh perspective.
