Kaguya Probe - Real time Jam on 2 Elektron Analog Four, Machinedrum, Kaoss & iPad Nave

"Loosely based on a Cm harp piece I wrote in the 90s - in fact I was about to play the harp in real time with this at one stage - for another session methinks! Another jaunt into OTB (outside the box) music - this time an attempt at a prog trance type piece, not quite but has some of the characteristics.

Have added a DBX compressor into the set-up which means what you hear is straight out of the mixer, a hopefully tighter dynamic range, but here I went a little too far and it is rather pumpy...The stereo compressor is being side-chained by the bass drum and all other instruments are fed into a sub-stereo channel on the mixer and routed through the ducking compressor. As I said the effect somewhat OTT for this track...

The analog four sounds & sequences are all original and done an hour or so before the recording combined with a simple machine drum pattern on the Machinedrum.
