Circuit Bent/Hacked kids toy as a MIDI controller.

Published on Jun 29, 2014 55thflotilla·12 videos

"Quick demo of our new MIDI controller, it's a MEGCOS car dashboard toy. All the 'brains' have been disconnected and replaced with an Arduino Pro Micro, which has been programmed to listen to all the buttons & switches, and control the LEDs.
When plugged in, it turns up like any other MIDI controller or musical keyboard, and all the buttons are pressure sensitive, and the telephone handset works as an iPhone/Laptop headset!
Arduino code & schematics/build docs to follow soon.

The music is Weebl by The 55th Flotilla, available here: http://55th.bandcamp.com/album/stick"
