"Here's a Korg Mono/Poly of a different color.
First off, the entire wooden case has been replaced by a Synthwood custom enclosure. This includes solid walnut side panels and front, and a plywood undercarriage. The Synthwood enclosure is more beautiful, much sturdier and more durable, and even lighter than the original particle board case. (See synthwood.com/monopoly for more details. In fact, it was this Mono/Poly that Synthwood used to get the dimensions for producing these enclosures).Secondly, i swapped out (identical but different colored) knobs from two Korg KMX-8 mixers in order to give this Mono/Poly a more color-coded interface (as opposed to the original palette of gray & cream). Red-orange knobs are now used for the Mod & Filter controls. Yellow knobs are now used for all the Levels, Intensity & Volume. Check out the photos.
It also comes with the following extras!
An original Owner's Manual, plus an additional spiral-bound copy of the Owner's Manual
A (Moog Voyager) gig bag into which it snugly fits, which has been irreverently rebranded (the rebranding looks less obvious in person). The gig bag is a $99 value."
