Quick Jam with Softube Modular, Unfiltered Audio Byome and Komplete Kontrol S61 MK2

Published on Mar 26, 2020 Miltos Schimatariotis

"Just a quick jam while experimenting with Softube Modular and the Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol keyboard. Since I haven't uploaded for a while I decided to capture this as a warm up for more videos to come soon.

Here I have a rather simple patch with two Doepfer oscillators and the Korgasmatron filter. One oscillator has a constant pitch while the other changes from the keyboard. Korgasmatron is used for some stereo filtering with the use of FM also.
Byome is used to create this background harmony by using a Resonator Bank with source the sound of the Modular itself. This Byome's patch can be found in the beautiful Carmen Bank by Simon Stockhausen."
