P-600-G 1.0.1: Revised Randomize Program Settings Dialog

"I have updated the P-600-G VST3 plugin to build number 1.0.1! This is a quick demo of the cosmetic changes made to the Randomize Program Changes dialog: unlocked controls are now tinted red and the 'open lock' icons have been eliminated so that parameter values are not obscured as they change. Apart from that, the functionality is the same.
P-600-G is distributed free and open source under the GPL v3 license. You can download it and get more information about it at https://programming.mr1234.com/
