Waldorf Microwave XT Rackmount Wavetable Synthesizer In Need of Some TLC

Looks like it's suffering from Nextel paint rot. My Pulse + suffered from the same thing. I was able to clean it up a bit as you can see in this post. I stopped before rubbing the labels off. If you look at OSC 1 and OSC 2 on this XT you will see it appears somone started to rub the paint off. What's interesting is the red underneath. You can see the red elswhere. If you were meticulous about it, you could end up with a Red XT.

As for the missing knobs I'm guessing they broke down as they did on my XTk as you can see in this post. I replaced mine with ALBS.

According to the listing, this XT works 100% so it might be a nice fixer-upper for someone.
