Old School Sequencing

video upload by Asteroid Killer

"Another Tutorial Tuesday!

How did they sequence synthesizers 40 years ago? I'll show you how I played the song Christine in the John Carpenter Tribute I did some weeks ago.

Bass - ARP Oddyssey
Spooky arpeggio - Roland SH101
Melody - Roland Jupiter 4
Percussive sound - Korg MS20
Drums - Roland TR707
Reverb - OTO BAM and Strymon Nightsky
Delay - Neon Egg Planetarium, TC Electronic 2290

Original song was recorded and released by John Carpenter and Alan Howarth 1989.
The song was also released by The Splash Band in 1984."
