1. MASAMUNE Granular Chopper for Drambo
The MASAMUNE effect uses granular synthesis to chop live audio and turn it into percussive rhythm. It uses Drambo’s Code module and you can grab it here:2. MURAMASA Transient Slice Looper for Drambo
https://patchstorage.com/masamune/
Create rhythmic loops out of any audio material. Available at https://patchstorage.com/muramasa/3. The Pursuit of Happiness… a Drambo tape delay module
I cooked up a micro-looper/tape delay Code module in Drambo. This is a little demo. You can grab it here:"Drambo is an innovative modular groovebox and audio processing environment. Modular components are used to build synthesized and sample-based instruments and audio effects using high-quality DSP and audio-rate modulation. Tied to a powerful sequencer, it’s an optimal music creation tool for sound design, composition, performance, and experimentation."

"MASAMUNE Granular Chopper
Named after the legendary samurai sword, MASAMUNE will slice your sound into live beats.
An audio-chopping effect: turn any source audio into rhythmic percussion.
Made with the Code module. This is a RACK preset."
"MURAMASA Transient Slice Looper
The MURAMASA looper takes incoming audio and slices it into rhythmic transient samples. Turn pads, songs, radio, podcasts into strange and beautiful rhythms.
This is a RACK preset built with the Code module."
"PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS TAPE DELAY
A micro-looping tape delay complete with granular effects and a huge, lush reverb. Feed it a signal and listen to it grow.
Bypass: Bypasses buffer – toggle on to play over effect.
Clear: Clears buffer while held down.
Quantize: Slippy (near-grid) and Tight (on-grid) – quantizes loop size, clock pitch, and wavelength tempo.
Loop Size: Sets buffer length from 25ms to 3s.
Feedback: Feedback sustain control – at 100%, sound sustains indefinitely.
Degrade: At 0%, input layers onto the buffer. At 100%, input replaces existing buffer.
Clock: Varispeed time stretch.
Smear: Massive dual-tank reverb.
Infill: At 0%, no effect – at higher values, input begins to record only into quiet areas or gaps in the buffer.
Grains: Granular engine – X for density, Y for size. Blend – 50% crossfaded. Full – 100% grains.
Bloom: Intensifies louder regions and dampens quieter regions.
Wavelength: Applies tempo normalization to bloom effect.
Tone: Tape saturation and filtering.
Wet/Dry: The wet/dry mix.
WARNING! With all effects turned on, this can be heavy on DSP.
Built with the Code module. This is a RACK preset."
