"Classic 80s Casio CZ1000 synth in great working condition, looks good as well, this is essentially the full sized version of the CZ101. ALL keys, buttons, sliders, jacks work great. The PRESET memory patches are there and great.. as shown in the video attached. But the INTERNAL patches are blank.. because there are no old school D Size Batteries in the battery compartment. Otherwise, all is great!"

The E-mu Emulator II became one of the most iconic 8-bit samplers ever produced, known for its warm analog filters and unmistakable character. The E-mu Emax brought professional sampling to more studios with its gritty 12-bit sound. In this episode of RetroSound Studio, I explore classic digital synthesizers that revolutionized electronic music production during the 80s and early 90s. From FM synthesis and wavetable synthesis to vector synthesis, PD synthesis, vitual analog and Roland’s LA synthesis, these instruments introduced a new generation of sound design and defined the sonic identity of an era.

The Yamaha DX7 became one of the best-selling synthesizers of all time, defining FM electric pianos and metallic digital textures. The PPG Wave pioneered wavetable synthesis, laying the foundation for modern digital sound engines. The Sequential Prophet VS introduced vector synthesis, allowing dynamic blending between digital waveforms. "INFORMATION

The project works perfectly for normal use of the FZ-1, FZ-10M and FZ-20M. All menu screens, editing pages, sampling functions, parameters and general operation display correctly. Only a few fully graphical screens, such as Hand Drawing, Sin Synthesis and Graphic Envelope, may show minor pixel irregularities. This does not affect usability in any way; these functions continue to work normally and the issue is purely visual.
As I no longer have time to continue development, I do not plan to refine these small graphical details. Even so, the kit leaves the FZ fully usable, which is exactly what allowed me to bring my own FZ-1 and FZ-20M back to life and use them normally again.

FZ-1 Kit

For the FZ-1, we supply a complete kit, including:
A dedicated support with the logic board.
A second support with the new OLED display that fits perfectly into the original display mounting position.

Installation requires no soldering and no special skills. The kit uses the original FZ-1 mounting screws, and the entire installation can be completed in under 20 minutes.

FZ-10M and FZ-20M Kit

For the FZ-10M and FZ-20M, we supply a single integrated assembly including the support, logic board and display. This assembly fits perfectly into the original display location of the module.

Installation is very simple, requires no soldering, and typically takes around 15 minutes. The process is also demonstrated in the installation video available on our YouTube channel.

"Genuine 1974/5 early production Oberheim Phasor aka Maestro Mini-Phase.

This is legitimately a piece of guitar pedal history!

IC and Pot values date this to Late 74. IC dates are 18th and 23rd week of 1974. Pot 38th week 1974.

All original, all parts functioning.
All capacitors are working as intended, so none have been changed.

Designed by legendary Tom Oberheim.
While it's not the first phaser to ever hit the shelves, the Maestro Mini-Phase and this Phasor are the firs "Pedal" format phaser in the form factor we all know and love.

This is a buffered bypass pedal.
Anyone claiming theirs is True Bypass has either modified it, or misunderstands true bypass and are just using it as a buzzword.
I included the schematic for you.

This has seen little use it has not been used for the last 25 years as it was in storage.
The owner had it stores in a box of miscellaneous equipment, which was mislabled.
Some battery leakage as shown, but the battery holder is not adjacent to PCB so no functional damage occurred.
I haven't attempted to remediate the damage as I don't want to damage the paint."
