"Eric from DOREMiDi gave us a look at MIDI Interfaces and utility boxes at M-China26, covering a wide range of compact devices for routing, converting and syncing MIDI signals.

The range includes the Merge 5, which merges up to five MIDI inputs and provides MIDI output and thru connections. A USB MIDI host handles communication between USB MIDI devices and traditional 5-pin DIN MIDI gear, while a Bluetooth MIDI unit connects DIN MIDI equipment to wireless MIDI systems.

Other devices in the range focus on routing and conversion. The MIDI stream controller allows MIDI connections to be customised, with filtering and routing functions. A MIDI timecode box handles sync between MIDI devices, music and video, including audio timecode sync. There is also a MIDI-to-DMX unit, which receives MIDI signals and converts them to DMX for lighting control.

The products are available through DOREMiDi's online store and Amazon."
