Note the first pic has different panel graphics, including the little dog, compared to the rest.

"Elta Music PLL-4046

The PLL, from Elta Music, is an analog harmonic synthesizer. It turns your input signal into a square wave, and then multiplies or divides the frequency of that square wave, providing overtones and undertones from the original pitch, with extreme timbral intensity. The signal can be multiplied and divided simultaneously, providing an effect like chords. The tracking of the pedal can be adjusted according to the loop track control.

PLL-4046 Features
Phase Locked Loop pedal
Division and Multiplication of input frequency
Chord playing type mode
Footswitchable FUZZ, MULTIPLIER, DIVIDER all available simultaneously!"

Schumann PLL Pedal w/Drone and Momentary Acc *RARE* #50

via this auction

via the listing: "Extremely rare Schumann PLL analog harmonizer effects pedal with Drone and momentary accessories. I purchased this myself from John Schumann in early 2005 after he gave me a complete demonstration. Works perfectly - never used live, no scratches, absolutely mint condition. And as with most i'm listing this item "as is" at it is a used instrument - I would estimate the total time this was used was around 15 hours. Comes with the signed orignial box and power adapter."
