Wavetek Oscillator Demo
"The Wavetek 132 is a 1980's vintage test oscillator featuring voltage control (not 1V/Octave!), 3 waveforms, and digital and analogue noise generators that create "pseudo random" patterns, selectable via front panel switches. The extensive controls allow one to "play" the oscillator live. In this piece, I've used a General Radio sine wave oscillator to modulate the Wavetek, fed the signal to a Synthesizers.com mulit-mode filter, then through a Lexicon reverb. For the last third of the piece, I swapped the modulation source to a Doepfer MAQ16/3 sequencer. Wavetek Oscillator Demo by I Dream Of Wires

primitive two-oscillator synthesizer

"two WaveTek signal generators connected in series. For crunk jamz. The last one in the chain drives a 1" speaker. It will easily deafen you. The front panel is set in Univers, BTW."
