EMU Emulator with Extra Knobs

Title link takes you to shots saved from this auction. Check out the extra knobs on top. Anyone know what that is? It almost looks photoshopped. There is no mention of the knobs in the auction. This one in via underface.

"The extra knobs are a JL Cooper filter mod. It was incorporated into the emulator 2."
