I love the retro look of these images.

EMS Putney

Imagine seeing this on the counter of your local pawn shop.

Update via the comments: "it's pauls boutique... they always have something interesting (if a little pricey). This never made it on their site for sale but was in the shop. I guess they figured a prettier penny was to be had at auction (the legitimate one)."

via this auction.  Note the auction claims this one is Brian Eno's. All for just 650 GBP! : ) You be the judge. I'm just putting this up because I like the thought of seeing a Putney sitting on a counter. Like one heck of a synth dream to me.

Update: BTW, readers, if any of you are too dumb to fall for this auction please post in the comments and let me know. Someone in the comments apparently thinks you are.

That's a Quasimidi Rave-o-lution on the bottom. HarriL's leads remind me of Clan of Xymox. Good stuff.

Moogulator Starts a Flickr Set

Moogulator of sequencer.de just started a Flickr set. This is his first shot. Title link takes you to the set; only two so far, but it will be cool to see what comes up over time. BTW, this shot has mouse overs with descriptions after the hop.

Post your favorite in the comments. So far mine is 3 with 5 a very close second.

The orange device to the left is the Bubble Osscilator and the Luminot.

The device below is the Sound Gun.

Unfortunately there isn't much info on these devices on Gil Mellé's site.

Roland JL1?

Anyone know what this is? Title link takes you to more shots on Failed Muso.

Consensus is this is a DIY project in a Roland CSQ-100 box.
